Service Description

This appointment is for 2 pets who have consulted with our nutritionist within the past 6 months. This appointment is for dogs or cats whose nutrition plans need a reassessment with possible changes. After you schedule this appointment, you will receive two questionnaires from IntakeQ via email. Please complete these and submit back to us 24 hours prior to your appointment.
